All course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing by the management.

4. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Asha Fashion Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if attendance requirements are not fulfilled.

5. Course Schedule & Changes

The institute reserves the right to modify batch timings, course content, faculty, or schedules if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Certification

Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements, assignments, and practical evaluations.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the institute premises. Any misconduct may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All study materials, designs, course content, and training materials provided by Asha Fashion Academy are the intellectual property of the institute and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Asha Fashion Academy shall not be held responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or losses incurred during the training period.

10. Career Support Disclaimer

While we provide career guidance and support, job placement is not guaranteed. Success depends on individual skills, performance, and market conditions.
